Refund policy
Speakers are non-returnable, however if you wish to exercise Celestion's speaker warranty (details here) please provide your proof of purchase and we'll advise next steps.
All orders once fulfilled, are non-refundable. The order is considered fulfilled when it has been collected by the courier, or in cases where we deliver it ourselves; when it has been handed over to the receiver.
However if you suspect you have received a faulty item, please contact us and we will help you on a best-effort basis.
Should we, on a discretionary basis, grant a refund, we will be unable to return the payment gateway fees that were charged to us for the original purchase. These are set by the payment gateway provider, and might change without notice.
We may, at our sole discretion, limit or suspend privileges from customers whom we believe to violate and/or abuse the terms of this Refund policy, including, but not limited to, making excessive claims, seeking claims on products that are no longer in original and brand-new condition, seeking claims on products that they have not purchased from us etc. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time at our discretion.
